Career Objectives

  1. To have a sense of purpose.
  2. To be comfortable in my job and environment.
  3. To coach, develop and motivate others.
  4. Training that I may learn and develop my own skills and knowledge for the mutual benefit of my employer, those I coach and myself.
  5. To be allowed a comprehensive understanding of my employer's needs, that I may fulfill those within my capabilities.
  6. Not be "downed" for my candor, ethics and integrity.
  7. To be allowed to be open-minded and accountable for the "good" as well as the "bad" that I may accomplish through the exercise of my judgment.
  8. Expect a reasonable standard of living with fringe benefits and retirement, with advancement at a steady pace consistent with my abilities.
  9. To be true to my belief in my employer and myself. To quote myself:
        I am ...
I was ...
I will be ...
Who knows what,
I don't ...
But it's fun finding out.
